For most homes, an 8–9 kg washing machine (about €450–600 in Cyprus right now), a 300–450 litre fridge-freezer (about €700–900) and a 60 cm freestanding dishwasher (about €550–600) are the right choice.
Measure the space before anything else, and keep the hot Cyprus summer in mind. And check more than one store: the same model is typically €80–120 cheaper somewhere else on the island.
Washing machines: pick the load size
The load (kg) is how much dry laundry fits in one wash. Bigger costs more, but means fewer washes:

A higher spin speed (1,400 rpm) leaves clothes drier, which matters less here, where washing dries outside most of the year. No space for a line? Climate class matters in Cyprus. Look for ST (works up to 38 °C) or T (up to 43 °C) on the label, especially if the fridge stands in a hot kitchen, a veranda or a storeroom without air conditioning. A fridge rated only N or SN (up to 32 °C) struggles and uses more power in August.

A built-in oven with a fan (multifunction) costs about €450–800; pyrolytic self-cleaning adds €200–400 and is worth it if you hate scrubbing.
